At Made By Luca, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the handcrafted nature of our products and our small-business production process, we encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To begin a return request, please contact our support team with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label when applicable. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Normal wear, minor variations, or slight differences in texture/color are not considered defects
• Because of lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations may naturally occur

Shipping Times

Orders are typically delivered within 6–12 business days depending on location. Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
